The latest Casinomeister webcast which can be viewed below, has attracted the attention of a foul mouthed casino rep on youtube, who has resorted to the language of the gutter in the comments for said webcast.

TopGame Whitelabels do not have a very good reputation in the industry and for good reason. Players should avoid all TopGame powered casinos, if they value getting paid in a timely fashion and courteous, prompt and professional customer support.

Yet another waste of an ENORMOUS oportunity...
I just don't get it; all these "lesser" softwares which have so much to offer online players, not least just being something different from the big boys, but time & time again we see gross mis-management with disastrous consequences.
Why do they do it?

Here's a few others who have vanished without a trace for the same reasons - ALL had superb games - and I really miss them
Player Preferred Software (a few Bingo sites have a few of their slots)
Wizard Gaming Software (now only available in "fun-mode")
Ice Gaming Software (Probably the best games of all - gone)

Now we have Top Game (and to some extent Rival), seemingly on a mission to commit corporate suicide.

Agree with you. When the likes of Rival first came on the scene I hoped and thought, that there would be more choice for players.

But it seems all these companies have tried to run before they can walk. It would have made much more sense to get one decent customer facing casino up and running, rather than having multiple casinos, clearly underfunded, without the specialised skilled staff.

The top game rep on that youtube clip ( Josh Cartu ), should never ever be allowed to work for a decent online operator ever. Absolutely disgraceful and if he worked for me when I was at Ladbrokes, he would have been out of the door, quicker than he could say 'Gross Misconduct'.

If reps are willing to publically berate and abuse people like Bryan, god knows how they treat their player base.

When I first started playing online, I would deposit at TopGame casinos frequently. I did enjoy the different games, and the small casino atmosphere. However, the wait in pay out time, not to mention their crappy customer service, quickly turned me off.

I am glad that I stopped playing when I did after seeing multiple player complaints since, ridiculous terms and conditions, and yes, the famous chat transcript from Rome.

I don't understand it either KK.
