Dont play either one of these places, one in the same. I won 2 jackpots to the tune of 15 grand each, and they flat out refuse to pay. Said it never happened, yet after i complained vigorously, they fired my account manager and banned me from the casino. Save your money and play elsewhere

I won them on witches cauldron bonus game on june 13 and july 11, they refused to give me any screen shots and the "true beauty" as they refer to it disappeared almost immediatley. Funny you should ask, because the man that looked in to my claims basically said to me, you can post this all over the web you have no proof, ha,ha. So if you don't believe me go ahead and play these two places, and win a jackpt and don't get paid, and they'll laugh at you too. If you want to waste your money, knock yourself out.
I'm not defending the casino in any way, shape or form, BUT... they do have a point.
With no proof it is only your word against theirs.
With all due respect, for all we know you could be "trying it on" (you wouldn't be the first!) or you could simply be mistaken about hitting the Jackpots.
Even if you don't know how to take a screenshot yourself, you could have just used a camera to photograph the screen.
I'm sorry, but personally can't see this case going anywhere.
For future reference, to take a screenshot just hit the "Prt Scr" key near the top-right of your keyboard, then open Paint, Word or Excel and hit "Ctrl" + "V".
Paint is the best option because you can re-size your shot and also save it in a smaller memory format.

Reputable casinos don't require screenshots to claim your cash - they know you've won. But it's not a bad habit to get into, especially if you hit big wins or are playing with a new casino to you.
