Every single day people enter into contracts, whether it be casino bonuses, car insurance, savings accounts, mortgages or whatever, WITHOUT reading all the terms & conditions (i.e. the small print).
So when the customer falls foul of those conditions, whose fault is it; The company or the customer?
Sorry, but you didn't read all the T&Cs before you started, therefore what happened is entirely YOUR FAULT.
But don't feel bad - you're not the first, and you certainly wont be the last to make such a mistake - even I have done it several times in my 11 years of online casino gaming!
That was one of the reasons I started up MY website 6 years ago - to give players the key T&Cs in one "at-a-glance" sentence and so hopefully help people avoid this common mistake.
Regarding the "weighting" of how much different games count towards the WR; Casinos HAVE to do this to stop their bonuses having a positive profit value for "bonus hunters" - if they didn't they would get hit by 1000's of players running off with the casino's money.
It sucks, but that's life.
Nice work creating a website about your experience though - I like it!![]()
