First of all, who are "we" exactly?

I have been playing (and winning) at online casinos since 2001.
In my honest personal opinion the vast majority of casino softwares DO deal players a 100% fair game.
The biggest problem for players however, are some of the casino operators who do NOT give their players a fair deal.
These "rogue" casinos use all sorts of dirty tricks to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

That was one of the reasons I started my websites - to guide players towards the fairest casinos and away from the rogues.

I don't know which "article" you are talking about here, but you are right that personal experiences generally as the best measure for determining the good casinos from the bad.

I've been playing online casinos (almost daily!) since 2001, and reading about them (almost daily!) since 2004; this gives me a great insight into what's good and bad, and I distribute this knowledge to other players via forums and my websites.
