Casinos that offer good bonuses and pay out promptly with no hassle are those that attract me.

I'm not interested in playing in casinos that take up to a week to process cashouts, that insist on you signing card waivers that guarantee all transactions for them etc. Asking for scanned ID up front is acceptable, but jumping through multiple hoops to get winning is not.

When bonuses are made, they should not have highly restrictive t and c's attached - for example, I once saw a 200% bonus, but it had a playthrough requirement of 40 x deposit + bonus! That's a HUGE hill to climb.

I also tend to stick to casinos licensed in jurisdictions I trust: UK, Malta, Gibraltar etc - and for the same reason I shy away from casinos that accept USA players.

I guess this is still going on so I voted for top notch c.s. I never would have said that a few years back. It's funny how we change, progress, mature whatever. Agreed! I really don't like the idea of reversing withdrawals - it shouldn't be allowed.
