Default What makes the "Best" casino?

    Invaders from the Planet Moolah
There is an interesting thread on another forum where a few players are querying why 32Red is "Casino of the Decade".

They are basically saying they don't get very good bonuses there and/or don't get enough play-time for their money on 32Red's slots.

32Red use Microgaing software of course, and they can NOT change the payouts of any of the games - they are exactly the same whichever MG casino you play at. The only thing which changes is your luck!

I know different people will have different opinions on what makes a "Best Casino", but I'd like to see what is the most popular reason - so please vote now!

(For the record; for me personally it's all about the bonuses... )

Should have made it multiple choice

For me, not being much of a bonus man myself, it has to be the following:

    Fast Cash outs
    Very good customer service
    Good variety of Games

The kicker is, not being made to perform like a sealion at seaworld, when it comes to cashing out.

Yep, I voted for fastest cashouts. I would have added fastest "hassle free" cashouts. Funny how 3Dice and 32Red have never requested so much as a single piece of anything from me to cashout. Inetbet I did have to send in the faxback form, copy of my CC, and the ID that I did have. But I got myself preapproved, before I ever started playing. No picture ID, and they were still fine with it. If you can take my money/accept my CC, without knowing who I am, you can damn well pay me too.

I would also add that I refuse to play at any casino that doesn't process cashouts 365 days a year, holidays included. Again, deposits are accepted every single day....no excuse in this day and age to not have a cashier on duty 365 days a year. Other businesses do it, so should ALL online casinos.

Were it multiple choice, I also would have picked top notch customer support (a must), with decent small bonuses/loyalty comps coming in third.

Some may think it odd that I didn't put CS first....but my opinion is that, if a casino has clear bonus T&C's, bonuses are credited properly and promptly and the cashout process is hassle free and on time...then there is very little need to ever even contact support. I do realize that sometimes "shit happens", so yes CS is super important. I like the way that 32Red do their support. Even if one of the big cheeses isn't in, most of the support staff are trained (and have the authority) to actually deal with a situation. And if they can't, there is usually a "team leader" on hand who can deal with it. None of this "oh, you'll have to wait for Monday for a manager to come in"...this on a Friday night.

3Dice the same...pretty much all their live reps have the authority and the knowledge to deal with all issues that arise.

Well, that was longer winded that I intended, but hey...you asked!!

Now that you mention 32Red. They are the only casino I have played at, that dumped a £200 chip in my account with no wagering requirement or strings attached. Mind you I was losing a bit, but I did not ask for it.

It came right out of the blue.

Now that is what I call a good casino.

    Default Hi

    Thanks for sharing.......
Bets in roulette are of two types, the inside and the outside betting. All numbers on the roulette wheel lands unplanned, or at random. As in any other casino game, before the game, consider following these suggestions:
    * Keep in mind that you are in the casino to enjoy yourself, to be entertained.
    * If playing online, read carefully the rules as well as the terms and condition of the casino site.
    * When playing online, be sure to check the authenticity of the site.
    * Always allocate a certain amount for the game, for the day. Strictly, stick to the limit.

I guess it's a mixture of a few things for me. It's not the bonuses that I am after, I usually play bonus free. I like hassle free fast cashouts, great customer service should I need assistance, and I always research a casino before I play, so a sturdy reputation.

I am fairly new to online gaming, a little over 2 years, and in the beginning I knew nothing about rogues, and learned my lesson. It's surprising what a quick google of the casino name will find.

I voted for Top Notch Customer Service - this would include fast payouts of course as a result.

What is really important to me is transparency - players take it for granted as websites look smart and well designed but when you look around, only a few stand out.

32Red for example are a cut above the rest - Bet365 are good for me too.

Live Chat is a must for myself personally as it's quicker to go on there than send an email or call them directly.
