Well, I guess it depends on the game. When I play BJ I prefer RTG but when it comes to slots my choice is Rival
Well of course, I wear both those hats!
As a player I always have and still do love the Rival platform. They have some great games and one of the best bonus systems of any casinos; you see ALL the relevant T&Cs in one place - where you claim the bonus.
I am still life-time ahead across all Rivals (not much, just +$99) and I've never had any issues cashing out my money. (I've played at 18 different ones, of which 16 are white labels)
Obviously the USA pull-out has no effect on me as a player.
As for promoting; well certainly not the best in terms of communicating with their webmasters, but they do have arguably the best back-end affiliate system. They are also very popular with players and I've had more sign-ups with Rival than any other brand.
Regarding the pull-out from the USA, well surprised it didn't happen earlier to be honest. What with Rival being a Canadian company and their processor (Silverstone) being a UK company it must have been some risk for them to continue serving the US market.
Obviously it means no more US sign-ups for me, which kinda sucks, but it's not the end of the world.
With the problems all casinos & players face with money processing in the USA anyway, maybe everyone would be better off if the freedom to spend your own money how you want was properly removed from all American citizens.
I still rate Rival as a lot better than RTG and several other brands. I know others do not agree, but that's their problem!
