Licensing & Compliance to fall under separate directorates
The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) is undergoing organisational restructuring in a bid to improve policy & strategy formulation which will result in a separation of the CommissionâEUR™s licensing & compliance functions effective from 1 March 2011.
The Directorate for Licensing & Strategy will be headed up by Michael Ellen with a team of three officers who will handle licensing, complaints, special investigations & suitability investigations amongst others.
Jorn Stark will oversee The Directorate Compliance comprising a team of eight deputy directors, assistant directors & officers. The compliance team will manage ICS & EGE approval, inspections, change control, monitoring & policy.
Both directors will report to the AGCCâEUR™s executive director, Andre Wilsenach .
