New video will be used to train staff

The Gala Coral online & land gambling group in Britain is to up its game on the staff-customer interface using a new video produced by The MacLagan Men company in Stoke.

Filmed at the group's Golden Horseshoe flagship casino in London, the 20-minute video uses the "point-of-view" technique made famous by the Channel 4 hit series Peep Show, demonstrating customer-staff service scenarios played out in two ways âEUR‛ one handled badly & the other handled well.

It will be shown to all staff in the group who have interaction with players among their responsibilities.

Gala Casino managing director Mark Sergeant said: "In a training environment, no other tool can demonstrate what good & bad looks like as effectively as a film."
