French operator expands offering

The French online gaming regulatory body ARJEL has awarded France's third largest casino group JOAGROUPE's online subsidiary JOAONLINE with approval to operate online horse race betting & online fixed odds sports betting.

The company's online horserace betting licence on the domains joaclub.fr, joa-club.fr & joaonline.fr carries the condition that the company may not offer skill games on the horserace betting dedicated website.

The approval follows a deal between JOAONLINE & France-Pari which will see JOAONLINE's existing sports betting offering expand to include fixed odds & live betting in September 2011, with France-Pari supplying the platform software, managing the bets & the associated odds & risk control (see previous report).
