Webcam-based online poker site leaves Everleaf for Merge

Players on the internet poker information site PocketFives this week report receiving email notifications from PokerView.com advising them that it is switching networks from Everleaf to Merge mid-September.

Apparently PokerView's US players will be "grandfathered" over to Merge in the move (Merge does not accept new US player registrations although it services existing American players on its network.)

The rather brusque email to players advised:

"PokerView is moving to the Merge Gaming Network. The site will be down Sept. 13 from 12:30pm to 10:00pm EST.
