Top Game Technologies is a fairly new casino software company, that has been been beset by problems from the outset.

The chat session that I have seen, is some of the most laughable and unprofessional customer support I have ever encountered, with the customer service rep at Rome Casino trying to 'chat up' the potential VIP customer.
