Malta was the first European Union state to regulate Remote Gaming and as

for issuing remote

LGA has over the
years come in for a
lot of flak from
players for being a
flaccid and
toothless
organisation. Whilst
there is an avenue
for players to make
complaints against
an operator based in
Malta through the
LGA, the LGA seems
continually
disinterested in
following up any
complaints made.
We sincerely hope
that in time the LGA
will get it's act
together and use the
powers afforded to
them, to ensure all
the operators based
on the Island are
acting as they
should.
